“ I was in town for a project and Spoonys was recommended to me. I'm so glad I came on a day they were open. I was told to get the catfish platter, so I did and rounded it off with onion rings and cole slaw. The cornmeal crust on the catfish was crispy and seasoned just right. The fish was tender and one of the best catfish I ever had. The onion rings were battered and stayed crunchy. The hush puppies were a nice accompaniment. I enjoyed the iced tea sweetened with the pineapple juice. Definitely recommend if you're in the area. Just make sure they are open the day you're wanting to give them a try. If I get a chance to come back to Cleveland, Spoonys will be on my list of stops. ”

“ Hidden Gem for sure! Easy spot to miss right off of Inman.. but dang is it good! Seat yourself Dine in (even a few barstools) or take out. The Philly Cheese Steaks are what was recommended to me so I got one of each Chicken and Steak. Both were absolutely DELICIOUS!! This place is black owned and they welcome you in like family. Ms.Cynthia is so sweet and Rodney is dope. We came all the way from Atlanta, Ga and we did not want to leave the atmosphere. I recommend this place to anyone. A must stop by and we will be back! ”

“ Our first time ordering ........ Food was great! We ordered for the Super Bowl 20 wings, pull pork plate, phili sandwich, chicken finger plate, catfish plate, and fried green tomatoes. The food was incredible, great flavors, fresh, affordable prices, and great customer service. The young man who took my order was also serving tables and helping in the back preparing food. He had incredible work ethic and made sure everyone was taken care of at all times. We will be back! ”
